Steel Manufacturing

State-of-the-art fabrication facility for structural steel, PEB components, and custom metalworks — precision engineering from concept to delivery.

Our Manufacturing Facility

50,000+ sq.ft. of advanced fabrication infrastructure in Hyderabad — equipped to handle projects of any scale.

WSB Infra & Crafts operates a 50,000+ sq. ft. state-of-the-art steel fabrication facility equipped with the latest CNC machinery, automated welding stations, and a dedicated quality control laboratory. Our plant is capable of producing over 1,500 metric tonnes of fabricated steel per month.

We specialise in the fabrication of pre-engineered building components (primary & secondary members), structural steel for industrial sheds, bridges, transmission towers, and custom architectural metalwork. Every component is fabricated as per approved shop drawings and undergoes rigorous multi-stage quality inspection before dispatch.

Our facility is ISO 9001:2015 certified and follows lean manufacturing principles to ensure on-time delivery with zero-defect quality. We source steel from SAIL, JSW, and Tata Steel — ensuring consistent material quality for every project.

Steel fabrication facility interior

Machinery & Equipment

Advanced machinery for precision steel fabrication and finishing.

CNC Plasma Cutting

Hypertherm HPR260XD plasma system with automated CNC control for precise cutting of plates up to 50 mm thickness with minimal kerf loss and edge quality.

CNC Beam Drilling & Sawing

Ficep beam processing line for automatic drilling, sawing, and marking of H-beams and channels — increasing productivity while maintaining ±1 mm accuracy.

Automated Welding Stations

Submerged Arc Welding (SAW) and MIG/MAG welding stations for consistent, high-strength weld joints meeting AWS D1.1 structural welding standards.

Hydraulic Press Brakes

CNC-controlled press brakes for precise bending of plates and sections — ideal for custom profiles, brackets, and architectural steel components.

Sandblasting & Painting Line

Automated shot blasting to SA 2.5 surface preparation standard, followed by epoxy primer and polyurethane topcoat application in our spray booth.

Overhead Cranes

Multiple EOT cranes from 5T to 50T capacity for safe and efficient material handling, loading, and movement across the fabrication shop.

Quality Control Process

Every component undergoes multi-stage quality inspection before dispatch to site.

01

Raw Material Inspection

Incoming steel from SAIL/JSW/Tata is verified against mill test certificates. Chemical composition and mechanical properties are tested in our lab before acceptance into inventory.

02

In-Process Inspection

Dimension checks, weld inspection (visual & ultrasonic), and fit-up verification at each fabrication stage by qualified QC inspectors with documented checklists.

03

Non-Destructive Testing

Ultrasonic testing (UT) of critical welds, magnetic particle inspection (MPI) for surface defects, and dye penetrant testing (DPT) for non-porous materials.

04

Coating Inspection

Surface profile measurement, ambient condition monitoring, dry film thickness (DFT) measurement, and cross-hatch adhesion testing on all coated surfaces.

05

Final Assembly Check

Trial assembly of critical connections, bolt hole alignment verification using jigs, and camber/deflection checks as per approved drawings.

06

Dispatch & Documentation

Material marking, packing as per standard, and complete documentation including inspection certificates, MTC, weld maps, and photos for each shipment.
